handstand. In this workshop, you will learn the basics to finding you way upside-down, as well as exercises
to strengthen your inversion practice. Have fun exploring your mindful journey to handstand, addressing
fears, building confidence, and understanding what it takes to stand on your hands.

Join OH WOW YOGA instructor Sophia Shi as She guides you to Rocket 2 sequence. In this workshop, you will learn a handful of upside-down, backbends as well as arm balances. You will have fun exploring your self acceptant journey to build confidence, and understanding what it takes to achieve the inner awareness and wisdom.
Requirement: must like to laugh and know how to have fun!
